Environment Graphics "Pledge" is a complete web-based registration and pledge management system for run-a-thons, walk-a-thons, bowl-a-thons, golf-a-thons, and any other type of event where individual or team participants collect and track pledges. Each participant can easily create and manage their personalized pledge page which includes their picture, personal statement and individual fundraising goal. Donors can make secure online pledges to individuals or teams, and all payments and financial progress are tracked throughout the event.
Environment Graphics "Events" is a complete web-based event registration and management system for fundraising events such as: galas, poker tournaments, luncheons, conferences or meetings, and virtually any other type of fundraising event which requires registration and/or ticket sales. Environment Graphics "Events" manages individual and group registration, product sales, sponsor/sponsorship promotion and management, and other administrative event management and financial reporting functions.
Environment Graphics "Events" is available in three service levels - Professional, Standard, and Basic - to meet every organization’s budget and needs. Our Professional Edition includes three unique administrative log-ins, up to 300 event participants, enhanced email management, and an unlimited number of pages and product sales in your custom website. Our Standard Edition includes one administrative log-in, up to 150 event participants, and eight pages in your website.
We have created a set of Service Packages to aid our clients in making their websites look great with minimal time, effort and experience on their part. These are all optional services that can also be performed by your staff. These services are not required with any Environment Graphics subscription.
